What is the difference between standard plan and premium plan?
〇Standard plan
The tour duration is 3 hours. In this tour up to 4 people can participate. Select one of your favorite plans from Ueno Joshi Tour options.
〇 Premium plan
The tour duration is 4 hours. In this tour up to 4 people can participate. A cast member wearing a kimono will guide you. Select one of your favorite plans from Ueno Joshi Tour. The communication time is 1.5-2 hours, and the distance can be shortened to fit your comfort level!
Cast member's costumes vary depending on the season. Kimono will be worn from October to May, and yukata will be worn from June to September.
Which areas do you go to in Ueno?
Ueno is roughly divided into three areas.
There is the Ueno area (park, Ameyoko), Okachimachi, Yushima area, Yanaka, Nezu, Sendagi area.
In the standard plan and premium plan, destinations are set for each tour, so please see the tour details.
You can specify the location in the casual plan.
Can I nominate a cast member?
You can nominate for 15,000 yen from the cast in charge of the tour date you have chosen.
How long before a tour date can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made up to 18:00 the day before.
Is it possible for more than 5 people to participate?
One additional cast member (15,000 yen + tax per person) can participate for 5 to 8 people.
Up to 4 participants can be added per cast member, so each tour price (including 1 cast member) + additional cast member (15000 yen per person + tax) will be the total amount.
If you enter more than 5 people in the remarks column of the reservation page, we will contact you later.

Are there any other expenses besides the tour participation fee?
The cost for each plan varies.
The tour price is Ueno Joshi* service fee, so all the food and drinks and facility usage fees used during the tour are at your own expense.
Is it possible to extend the tour time?
Extension is possible by purchasing a casual plan.
Only those who have purchased the Standard Plan or Premium Plan can use it for 1 additional* hour. Available time is until 19:00.
How can I change / cancel my tour?
・ Please contact us before 18:00 to change options.
・ The cancellation policy is as follows.
3 days in advance- Full Refund
2 days before and the day before 18:00-50% refund
From 18:00 on the previous day- No Refund
What should I do if I am late for the tour?

・ If you can contact us with the reason, you can get a 3-hour tour for late arrival within 30 minutes.
・ If you are late within 31 to 59 minutes, we will inform you of the tour from there until the scheduled end time.
・ If you are late for more than 1 hour, we will cancel your order.
・ If you are late due to a delay in public transportation, please contact us for further instruction.
