Please contact us from the inquiry page if you need to cancel your application for unavoidable reasons.
Cancellation fee
- 3 days before: 0 cancellation fee
- 2 days before (until 18:00): 50% cancellation fee
- The day before (after 18:00) or on the day of: No Refund
About refund method
You will receive the payment amount back after deducting the cancellation fee from the payment amount.
Late Arrival
- If you contact us with the a reason for being late, we can provide a 3-hour tour for late arrivals within 30 minutes.
- If you are late within 31 to 59 minutes, we will inform you of the tour from there until the scheduled end time.
- If you are late for more than 1 hour, we will cancel your order.
- If you are late due to delays in public transportation, please contact us and we will plan accordingly.
